Traffic is the mean of a site's samples in its newest clock hour with at least 3 samples spanning 30 minutes, the rule the training data uses; until the current hour has that many, the hour that just ended is shown. Exceedance risk is a 0-1 score, not a calibrated probability: a sigmoid of predicted NO2 minus 40 µg/m³ (0.5 at 40; set by NO2_THRESHOLD, default 40, the EU annual limit value, used here as an hourly reference). Hours are labelled by their end, as Luchtmeetnet does.
